How do I book an item?

A 20% booking advance is required unless your personal shopper confirms otherwise. If you cancel before we purchase your item, your advance is refundable. Once we have purchased your item, the advance is non-refundable if you cancel.

How long does delivery take?

Delivery from Canada to India usually takes 2–4 weeks, depending on store availability, dispatch schedules and customs.

What is the delivery charge?

Delivery is ₹300 across India unless a different amount is confirmed for an exceptional order.

Which payment methods are accepted?

UPI, bank transfer, PayTM and Google Pay are accepted. Credit card and cash on delivery options can be discussed on WhatsApp where available.

What if an item arrives damaged?

Please record one continuous, uncut parcel-opening video from before the package is opened. This is required to review a damage or incorrect-item claim.

Are the products authentic?

Yes. Products are sourced from brand stores and official websites in Canada. Store bills or order proof are provided.
